wish i still lived here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I was very pleased with this complex, but ended up moving out. I won't say why I left becasue I do not want to discourage anyone from moving here. I hate the property I moved to instead... Vista Falls in Hoover (i discourage anyone from living at the Vista Properties!! please!) The staff here at riverchase was ALWAYS very friendly. The location is great. I read some of these other comments about lighting, the package room, fitness center etc. I never had a problem with lighting. Even if lighting were more of a problem, I still felt very safe there. The security gate was often closed, but not all of the time. Still, because of the area, I didn't feel threatened at all. My maintenance issues were always addressed quickly. The fitness center was lacking a litte, but i would rather have that than a crappy apartment. The pools were beautiful. It's one of the best landscaped apartments in the Hoover area in my opinon. I miss it and I miss the staff. Now I'm moving out of Alabama altogether, so oh well. won't be back even if i wanted to move back. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
