DO NOT RENT HERE!
i have been here over a year now and my apartment has leaked water inside EVERY time it rains. Management has known about this for 10 months and they have had roofers out a grand total of once to attempt to fix the problem. The gated part of this community has worked less in 12 months than it has worked. I pay over a thousand dollars in rent and have not even been offered a concession on my rent. You could stay in a cave and experience the same thing. Currently seeking the advice of an attorney - and once they found out was when the roofers arrived. That was 3 months ago - still leaking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you thought about trying to rent a condo? I have a condo for rent in the same area - it's at Sterling Oaks on Riverchase Trail. 2 bedroom, 2 full baths, granite counters in kitchen and hardwood floor in living area (carpet in bathroom). Unit was built in 2004/2005 and has no roaches! Best of all, the rent is less than $1,000/month. See here for more details:
