Besides the interior being caulked to death (better than duct tape, granted)...the bugs are horrific and not once have I ever seen any bug patrol or spraying in the two years I DID reside there. Neighbors move in and out CONSTANTLY..kindof makes you wonder what THEY saw' Bug international, not to mention the latenighters use the pool for skinnny dipping after the bars on 280 have closed. YUCK. Again, BUGS.
