Colonial Village at Inverness

Fabulous Apartment Complex From: Chastity Date posted: 11/25/2002 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   I've read some of these comments and it seems surprising the complaints that have been made. I've lived here for 4 years and transferred on sight in the middle of my stay. I as well as all the neighbors I've had during this time have nothing but good things to say about the property. We've had an ant problem, but from what I and others have experienced is a concerned and quick response. Also if you check out the rest of the Birmingham area, ants have been a problem for the whole city. In reference to the staff complaints, I'm shocked that they were described as rude and incompetant. I guess everyone has their opinion, but I am very pleased with the courtesy of the current leasing and maintenance staff. I highly recommend Colonial Village at Inverness!!
