We renewed our lease for a second year and probably will for a 3rd.

Colonial Village at Inverness has been more than we expected. I know that we haven't had the bug problems that other reviewers have stated they had. Keep in mind that bottom floor apts are more likely to have them and if you keep your kitchen clean, they are less likely to be a problem. We live on the second level, top story.

We are happy with our two bedroom and I found this site because wanted to see about maybe switching to a three bedroom... for a third year at Colonial Village!

My wife works for Colonial Bank so we get a discount on our rent. Our apt would regularly be $635mo.

Also... I have recomended Colonial Village at Inverness to my friends.
