I have just signed a lease for a 3rd year here, and needless to say, i am happy living here. I think there is a tremendous difference between the original units and the "new phase" apartments. My maintenance requests have always been taken care of the same day. My neighbors are all wonderful and have also lived here for quite a while. We all have animals, so if you dont like being around pets, it's not the place for you.

I have had some problems with mildew from a leak, but my apartment was treated and my rent was lowered a little. I think the office staff is a typical one... they listen to complaints and dont really hear the good comments. I try to just leave a message for my request and they take care of it- no reason to contact them in person. As far as bugs/spiders... every home/apt gets bugs, especially since they are clearing land closeby. i dont see many roaches' I guess my pets keep that in check.

For the price of a comfortable apartment at this location, it's a great deal. As long as they continue to keep the "rif-raf" out of the new phase, i will continue to renew my leases here :)
