UNPROFESSIONAL RACIST MANAGER

About a month ago while paying my rent, I saw a Hispanic couple who could barely speak English in the office trying to view an apartment (obviously). The manager Hope, was yelling at them and said we have no apartments available. After they left she said to me ?Aren?t you tired of all these Fuc*#ing -------- trying to take over the place'" I could hardly believe my ears because little did she know that my Great Grandfather was an immigrant from Mexico. This kind of talk is UNPROFESIONAL and totally unacceptable. When I called Colonial to complain about this I was told that it would be investigated. I never heard from them again. Racism is the status quo at COLONIAL PROPERTIES !
