Do not move to these apartments

I have lived at Colonial Village at Inverness for 1.5 years. About two weeks ago we all received letters saying they were going to do some "tree trimming". I came home on Tuesday to find that they had cut down ALL of the trees surrounding our apartments. The beautiful surroundings were the only charming thing about my 3rd floor apartment and now have been cut down. This is on top of so many other problems with the complex that are to numerable to list. I will say however, that if you enjoy your privacy, that is another reason not to move to this "community". It seems that at least once a month or every other month, they come up with a new reason to enter our apartment. It's always routine maintenance or spraying for bugs... there's always a reason, but never have I lived somewhere that my space was invaded so regularly. I have heard horror stories from my neighbors about water leaking from the unit above and the property managers not fixing the problem, bugs and in my own experience, the managers not taking care of mold that was caused by a flood in my apartment. I would strongly recommend that anyone not move to these apartments unless you're looking for a drab, unkempt box to live in that now holds no reason to overlook the inconveniences.
