I have lived at Colonial Village Inverness for the past few months and all I have to say is THANK GOD I ONLY SIGNED A SIX-MONTH LEASE! I have drafts in my living room so it is always cold. The apartment downstairs from mine is a wreck and has not rented as long as I have been here. They have come in to "inspect" my hot water heater at least twice during the past few months, yet I can't take a shower without running out of hot water. I haven't been able to use my dishwasher once because there is a drain problem. The "garbage disposal" emits a terrible odor every time I turn it on. There are several loud cars that drive through the parking lot at all times of the day and night. The staff has been reasonably friendly, but my apartment is not worth the rent I am paying and I am NOT renewing my lease. In fact, I can't wait to get out of here!
