i have lived here for a little over a year, and there have been numerous problems. first, my ice maker broke about six months ago, and after repeatedly asking, it's yet to be fixed. second, the bug problem i have had since they cut all the trees down is ridiculous. my apartment is infested with ants and roaches. they do send exterminators out but i can't imagine they do much since the problem continues to reappear. third, they'll offer these great "specials" during the first six months, only for you to find out in time that you've signed on to a thirteen month lease (a crafty little way for them to get their money back on the specials on the back end). also, my power bills during the summer were OUTRAGEOUS due to poorly built buildings with bad insulation and old A/C units. it's a good price, but you can find better priced places under much better management closer in to town without having to deal with the 280 headache. i'm moving!
