Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
The only reason I (and many other residents) came here was cause of the trees - well, a few months back they cut all the trees down and haven't even replaced them with grass. Result: instant trailer park/dust bowl.

The staff is ever-changing, and yet their (and the owners') stunningly low collective IQ remains intact.

Many of my neighbors have cut out on their leases and gone to greener pastures. I'm waiting til my lease runs out, but then I'm GONE.
