I have lived at CVI for 13 months. I couldn't wait to move out. The management is kind of friendly, but very inefficient. They don't know what they are doing. My heat went out 4 times this winter because they masked the problem not fixed it. My vents and air filter were never changed or cleaned unless I called to tell them. What you are getting for the price is not worth it. There are cars that speed through the property and rev their engines at all hours of the night and day. I would suggest look elsewhere.
