I went to this site on a whim and am surprised at what I see. The competition must not be doing well-because what I read isn't true. My utility bills are fine and I don't conserve. I hardly have a gas bill during the summer-I use Tide with bleach and don't wash clothes on hot. I take hot showers though and my bill is around $15 for gas. In winter, my electric bill goes down and gas goes up but manageable. I really like the staff and have you seen the lake' Great place to live and I recommend it.

Since you posted this in 2006, I'm curious if your opinion has changed. Have you ever had to call the office for a concern? Have you ever actually reached a member of the office staff? It's not just the electric and gas bills the tenants are complaining about.
