I am curnetly a resident here and have seen this place go from good to bad. Maintainace is very slow and shoddy. The people who provide the services are friendly but it's alllip service as they dont do what theysay without constantly reminding them to please do it.The asst Mgr of the complex is a racist individual who wil tell you she hasnt got time for you unless your of her ethnic heritage. For the past 6 months they have rented to mostly illegal aliens who are no in the process of takeing over everyone else rites to live in peace and saftey.Constant police presence is there but not for the tenents protection it is for the arrests they make on all the illegals who are doing things they shouldnt be.THey say they have a security patrol but when you call them as I have 10 times they have yet to respond to one single call and then the office says they will look into it and thats just lip service to. When my lease is up I am moving to a safer place no matter how much it costs. Parking is a nitemare and i would highly recommened to anyone not to even bother looking here for a place to rent. Protect yourself and your family and find a better place to live!

Aside from the spelling errors, I like your review. I know there are a number of spanish people who live there and play their music quite loud at ungodly hours, but how did you find out they were illegal? I would like to follow this path to check out some people myself.
