From day one we filled out the sheet letting them know of any problems that needed to be fixed so we wouldn't loose deposit. We let them know of several different problems and they finally got out to fix all the problems (months later) except for one. We constantly put in work orders though out the 2 years we were there... NEVER GOT FIXED! The neighbors were extremely loud, not to mention they had the cops called on them several times, but the apt complex wouldn't do anything. People parked all over NOT IN PARKING SPOTS even when there were parking spots available! Again after complaining about it to the office, because we couldn't get out of our parking spots because of them blocking us in, nothing was ever done about it. Broken down cars parked in parking lot and just junk people have out in the parking lot. Several times I was afraid of staying there alone when my husband wasn't there. We were told once we were moving out that we had a few months to get everything moved, cleaned etc, since we were buying out our lease.. all of a sudden we get a call telling us we have to be out that same day.. well since we still had plenty of stuff to get out we had to go up there before work that morning and try and get what we could and clean what we could before going to work at 8am. Now they are trying to charge us more money after moving out, we've called several times to talk to someone and always end up leaving a message and THEY NEVER RETURN CALLS! EVER! So we are still trying to get ahold of someone to fix this problem! I hated living there and so glad I'm not there anymore!

So good to hear a bad review of these guys. :) When I lived there it was as though they were just trying to figure out how to run an apartment complex. They really really seemed eager to enforce the lease contract when it was to their advantage. Rarely when it's to the renter's advantage. The morals of the company that runs this place (Colonial Properties) are like this: "Don't treat customers like you need them. The market is such that there is always a new sucker available when a dissatisfied customer leaves."
