I'll keep this short. Mysteriously my previous review was removed. And no, there was no profanity on it, simply the truth. The staff needs to care more. The staff needs to be trained or replaced. They obviously don't have good directives from above. They NEVER answer their phone during business hours and very very very rarely do they return voice messages begging for help. Maintenance people are friendly people but are prevented from doing a good job by the system in place. When I went for walks, I saw air conditioning units with wiring hanging out. The dumpsters often were over-flowing with trash for days. The staff is very unwilling to work with a person who has been laid off or had unexpected medical bills...it's just an opportunity to take away the "concessions" and take more money from their tenants. They are eager to enforce the rental contract only when it is to their advantage.

I've lived in much better apartments with much better staff for much less money.

I work for Colonial Properties, and I will be the first to say they can not be trusted. All they care about is making money. I seriously urge anyone who is thinking of moving to any Colonial Property, don't do it you will regret it.

Just curious, how much were you paying in rent for this apartment??? I know they offer HUGE concessions and HUGE move-in discounts, and that is however, no excuse for this, but ya know, sometime, SOMETIMES, ya get what you pay for! Seems to me that you and ALOT of others would be happier at another more sophisticated "Beverly Hills" type community on 280 where the One Bedrooms start easily at $850.00.......ya know???

Something else, my final remark should have been a small tip to you that I was not looking for a "high-brow" living community: "I've lived in much better apartments with much better staff for much less money."
