I have lived here with my fiance for six months now and we will probably renew our lease for another six months when ours is up in April. We love our apartment. Granted, it's nothing fancy, but what do you expect for $600 a month' We have a two bedroom two bath and we are perfectly happy with it. If anything goes wrong, we can expect the maintenance guys to get to it either that day or the next. Very friendly and responsive staff. Only complaint is the roaches, they were pretty bad when we moved in back in May. But, after a few times of coming out and spraying, they were gone. But, you're surrounded by woods, what do you expect' Also, they kept the other pool closed all summer with just the one by the office open. Which is fine beause we only went down there a few times and it wasn't that crowded. All in all, not a bad place to start out.

The roaches aren't that bad if you remember to clean up after yourself. I'm a neat freak, so my apartment is always spotless, maybe that's why the roaches don't like to hang out at my place. :) I'm anonymous because I still live here and I don't want any stalkers, thanks.
