The guy live upstairs wash cloth, vacuum floor, jumps up and down around 2 a.m. I made complaint to the office staff, but nothing have changed. I have to be very careful not to step on animal droppings outside my apartment. Many people living in this apartment are inconsiderate. The management decided for us to prescribe Charter TV mandatory few months ago. If I don't want Charter Cable TV I have to move out. It's so hard to pack up and move again so I extended my lease this time, but I will move out when my current lease is up. I noticed quite many people are moving out after Charter Cable TV deal.

Good to see your review. It matches up with others I've heard personally. The management geniuses at Colonial Properties think that forcing tenants to pay for things they may or may not want makes the Colonial Village more of an upscale community. When will they realize it takes COMPETENCE and CARING to run a upper level apartment complex? When I lived there, sparing one time, I was NEVER able to reach the office by phone. The actual top manager never responded to her voice mails.
