Nice place to start out

I have lived here for 2 years my lease is up in December and I do plan on moving out. I have a one bedroom apartment and my gas bill is outrageous!!! It is over a hundred dollars in the winter and it is just me. In the winter roaches are terrible but I stay by the lake so I guess that is kind of expected but still not acceptable. The maintenance is great. The guys are very friendly and concerning. If you are just starting out and looking for a reasonably priced apartment on 280 this will be the place.

Huh? Reasonably priced?? These guys MIGHT give you something CLOSE to a reasonable rate to draw you in, but will eagerly jack up the price if you so much as flinch wrong. The staff (excepting the maintenance) are consistently turning over and highly unprofessional.
