Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Before moving in a new tenant. Colonial Village should make sure all appliances such as dishwashers, and all plumbing as far as toilets, sinks, and bathtubs are working correctly. It shouldn't take six months to get things working properly especially if you're paying rent for all these services to run the way it suppose too.
