Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2005
Every since this new guy moved in building 2844 (a few buildings from me), the noise tolerance went up drastically. It appears that his friends doesn't realize the loud noise from car doors slamming, loud music, etc. bothers residents especially at the time it's happening which is between 11p.m - sometimes 3a.m. I'm moving next month because I pay too much rent to have to be bothered with such noise. I feel sorry for the people who have to live in that particular building. I also agree with the guy who stated ALL APPLIANCES should be working before moving in.
