Too noisy and policies and lease agreements are not enforced

Between the buildings being so old that you could hear all movements in the apartments around you, there were noise problems. When you complained to the office about the noise levels and how late they go on, you were told there was nothing they could do about it, even if there were others complaining, also.
Management was very nice, but the ones there, at that time, could never seem to enforce their polices.
If they "addressed" a problem, all they would do was "talk to the offender".
I agree with the person that said it was too noisy.
I'm just glad I didn't have a long lease and was able to move in to a much better place.

My name is Chris and my family and I have lived here a couple of times now. We left and went somewhere else and realized we messed up. Julie and Melissa are both wonderful and I don't see how anyone can have any issues with them. I did have one incident there but they went well above and beyond to make it right. It was not any fault of theirs to begin with. It was contractors who messed up. I think this is the best kept secret in Hoover. I am now in my on house but I would recommend Monte D'Oro to anyone. Huge spacious apartments at a lower price than smaller units in the Hoover school system. Keep up the good work Julie and Melissa.
