I would suggest yall remove the old reviews from 2005. There are two families with bad little boys that must go. All day I am up and down to answer my door only to find that no one is there. They have started knocking on doors and running. On Sunday March 2, 2008, I caught them knocking on my door and asked them to please stop. An hour later I pulled up and caught them getting ready to write on my door with a black marker........I asked them to please go to where they live and not to come back on that side again. The 2 boys mothers are never at home, so they roam the neighborhood, detroying everything, throwing balls and hitting cars, taking trash from the dumpster area and strolling it around the neighborhood, playing hide and seek, killing the grass by running through the buildings all day. The both live in building 2860 is outside after 10:00pm bouncing a basketball, of course you can not sleep with that kind of noise right outside your window. When I caught them with the MARKER in hand I said well things will never be the same, because no one is watching them. I think we need some kind of security back in the neighborhood again, it was so peacful and safe when they lived there. I am aware that when you live in a apartment that you must tolerate some noise, but this is getting really bad and we pay enough rent not to have to deal with this out of control kids detroying the neighborhood.

I, too, have lived here for a while and couldn't agree more with this review. Though in a different part of the complex, we deal with high noise, as well.. all times night and day! This goes on up until about 2 or 3 am sometimes. We have had apartment break ins and the security officer lives very near where it happened! So even that doesn't help. Unfortunately, it seems to be the "type of people" that are moving in for about the last year or so. We have fireplaces, but they haven't allowed us to use them for two years because :they need repairs" and they won't fix them, so even maintenance is gone. I would not recommend this complex. It has gone way too down hill.

Apparently the people above have not reported this problem to the office or they would not be listed as anonymous because they are afraid that Julie or Melissa might contact them. however I have lived there for 5 years and have not experienced the problems they are having but you have to take in consideration you are living in an apartment not a house you will have minor problems and that cant be blamed on the office that is just people who dont care about anything but themselves and I am just guessing here since I have lived there this long and have not been notified of any such problems it sounds like they are probably just unhappy people who have no life except to pick at people who are really not doing anything wrong in the first place unlike those of us who work for a living. This is a great place to live dont listen to other peole come see for yourself and then come back to the website and let all of us know you will love it. That is why I am still here (and the size of the apartments you cant beat that as well)

I, too, have lived here for 4 years and for anyone to say there isn't these types of problems is beyond me! Obviously, you aren't at your apartment enough to know what is going on. I have spoke with police, myself, about a 6 year old girl, running around after dark, left alone by a working mother. Dogs are not walked on leashes... barking dogs and rowdy neighbors all times of the night and the office does NOT enforce policy! This isn't a 3 or 4 year old review. This place just keeps getting worse by the day. As for posting anonymous, my neighbor is a prime example of why we do this! She complained about a neighbor and next thing she knew, the neighbor showed up at her door. She complained to the office about giving out her private info and within 30 mins, she got a phone call from the same neighbor that already knew she made THAT complaint! Blatant violations of privacy laws. I won't give my name, either.

i think everybody needs to mind their business, stop exaggerating circumt=stances and keep it moving... if you are so fed uo with where u live- move! simple as that. kids are kids... i find it hard to believe that any mother working or not would leave their child to roam the streets after dark... everyone in this complex obviously works and has some degree of classs= or wouldnt be living here paying this larga amt of rent.... get a life... i live in 2860 and have only just decided to move b/c im getting married... otherwise, its a great place to live...
