Whats the point

We have a fireplace that we can not use. The "Fitness Center" if you wanna call it that, has broken or out-dated equipment. The tennis courts look a mess and one of the pools are always not opened to use...whats the point!
Why pay this money for things we are not getting. Oh yeah and I'm still waiting on them to clean my carpet since I renew lease...riiiight! Should've known
