| FACTS: Fireplaces do not work. Tennis court has no nets. "State of the art" fitness center has two working machines that are very old. Police cars nearly everyday. Robberies. Break-ins. Unsavory characters loitering. Children knocking on doors and running. Appliances do not work. Wiring is awful. Mold. Trash issues. | ||||||||||||
