Hoover's Best Kept Secret

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
 
When I first moved to Hoover after college, I lived in CV@Rocky Ridge; it is a great deal for the money; the community is small and quiet; although it's tucked away off of Old Rocky Ridge, it is minutes away from the Galleria and The Summit (two of the nicest malls in the city!). The staff is on top of everything, and most of the residents are working professionals; not many children at all.
