I AGREE, ALL OF THE BETTER RATINGS WERE WRITTEN BY THE STAFF. LIVING CONDITIONS AT CV @ RR SUCK! DO NOT RENT HERE! THE PROPERTY IS NOT WELL KEPT & THE OFFICE STAFF AREN'T FRIENDLY. MOLD & MILDEW IS A BIG PROBLEM.
