I am in my mid 40's and am a single professional who has lived in a lot of apartments in the Birmingham area and when I say a lot I mean a lot! I have even lived at the over-rated, over-priced, Kenley. I have been at Rocky Ridge for 3 years now and I love it. The management here is wonderful, the property is always clean, and beautifully landscaped. I have had maintenance come in the middle of the night to un-stop my toliet; maintenance is very good and they fix things right the first time. The property is great for families also. It is rather quiet and tucked away. Since I have been here I have never heard of any crimes just a few boyfriend/girlfriend spats. But, who has heard those if you live in an apartment' This is a place to come LIVE, not a place to get by in till the next lease comes around. I HIGHLY feel this is a great place to live and you will too!
