I've lived at CV at Rocky Ridge for a number of years, and I really enjoy it. I do think the quality of the tenants is going down, but that's to be expected anywhere. My rent is reasonable, although you do have to pay water and sewer on top of the rent. I live in an apartment facing the woods, and it's quiet and very private. Unfortunately, a garden home community is being constructed, and the woods are being destroyed. I've never had a problem with crime, and the management is great about resolving problems. The only complaint I have is that I've lived here many years, and my apartment has not been upgraded like others.
