Don't move here. The office staff is pretty much the same. All apt complexes run by colonial properties all share the same maintenace staff. As large as these properties are, you would think that they would have enough money to sub contract out. You have to repeatedly call and call about getting them to fix the same thing over and over and over. Don't know how, but those big huge water bugs move in during the summer and stay. Some of the bugs are so big, they have wings to fly around your apt. And if you are fortunate enough to get a townhouse with the assigned parking spaces, only 2, it will be a headache too because someone will always park in your space morning, noon and night. The draft from your fireplace keeps your entire downstairs freezing cold which makes your power bill outrageous. And no matter how much water you use, you will still average about $60-$70 per month. And now that the income restricted apt complex is now open and leasing, there has already been a rape to occur to a teenager in high school during the day. How bout that for safety.
