I would not recommend anyone move to these apartments. The office staff was difficult and unfriendly to say the least; that was when you could actually find them in the office. I went to the office on several different occasions in a two-day period and no one was ever there. You would think a company this large could afford to staff their offices. Upon moving out of the apartment my husband and I left our new address and phone number in case there were any issues. Instead of contacting us Colonial Properties simply turned over cleaning fees to a credit agency without contacting us to give us an opportunity to address or correct the issue. I do not feel their business practices meet those which most of us expect when dealing with a large company. I did not feel safe in the apartment and definitely wouldn t recommend anyone with children live there.
