I cant wait until my lease is up. When we moved in we already had tenants staying here. They were called small roaches. Then it went on to big wood roaches. We have lived here for 3 months now and not one soul has come to spray for any kind of bugs. Its nasty! The other morning we woke up to ants all over the kitchen and rooms and bathroom. We called the leasing office that morning (which was a Sunday)and they called us back 5 hours later saying they will have someone come and spray by Friday. A whole week we have to spray for ants ourselves and live with them crawling everywhere, b/c its hard to get rid of ants. The ceiling upstairs in the bathroom is about to cave in. That was like that when we moved in too. Water stains in one of the bedrooms. Its so bad, do not rent here. The outside is nice, but inside is a mess. The neighbors have about 10 -------- living in one townhouse. I dont feel safe, when they are outside. I would suggest find somewhere cheaper and nicer to live. The price you pay for the townhomes are not worth it.
