In the townhome section, there is a horrible problem with kids. Every afternoon these kids go banging on random doors and then run away. They have also been seen throwing rocks and other stuff around vehicles. My own vehicle has been keyed in the parking lot. I have made numerous complaints to management, but they refuse to deal with the problem. Yet when we moved in, we were told that there were no problems like this here. HA!

If that wasn't enough, you constantly get noise from the interstate behind. There are also problems with roaches and mice. The cabinetry is pathetically built, with the drawer bottoms falling out. Management basically takes the attitude of "it's not our problem".

With all these problems, you would be well advised to stay away from this place. If you decide to move in, be warned that it would be easier to live with the roaches and mice than with the bratty, misbehaving, troublesome kids running around here.

i have lived there since june and had a few problems too...i have taken care of the mice and roach problems...i have had no problem with the kids. they all seem to be nice to me. i have a dog, and i built a fence for him on the back side of the townhouse.....also...i have never heard the interstate.
