It has been a disaster from the start. My apartment was infested with roaches and ants when we moved in. It was very dirty. The apartment had not been leaned at all. The office has been of little help in resolving any of the apartments many problems. Request to fix things has been ignored. Now that I am moving out the end of Feb. they sent someone to fix everything that was suppose to be fixed in July. The office "says" the never got my 30 notice that my husband and I personally turned in with a copy of his transfer papers. It has been a very disappointing and unplesant experience. Now they are trying to give us a hard time because we are trying to get out of the lease. We have t pay 2 months rent in advance and we will not get our deposit back. The apartment is just now in the condition it should have been when we moved in back in July.
