Colonial Village at Trussville

Poor location From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I,ve lived there for over 8 months now and after 1 hostage situation and knives pulled on the play ground and a recent burgaries, I'm glad I got out when I did. I was told the schools in Trussville were good schools but after I moved in Birmingham rezoned and instead of a few mile for my children to attend schools in Trussville they were bused almost 30 miles to the other side if Birmingham. One of the sad parts about the apartments is they are requiring us to pay rent for 2.5 months of lease and we don't even live there plus requires the utilities remain on so they can use them at our expense. If you are looking for an apartment I would definitely not recommend these. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
