Colonial Village at Trussville

I would avoid all Colonial Properties From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have lived here since 2003. I don't recommend the complex to anyone and I know people who live in other properties owned by Colonial and they are not happy either. This place has the biggest roaches I have ever seen and the management does not provide monthly pest control. You actually have to call and request a spray. I have never had to do do that where I have lived before. The building walls are full of mold and repairs take forever. I would move but wer're almost finished with school so I have to stick it out another six months. The leases are brutal. There is no consumer protection for renters in this state so the management companies can really take advantage of you.
