Living at Colony Woods for a year was probably the worst living experience of my life. I had $200 power bills during summer months because they would not repair the air conditioner correctly. I went 2 weeks without a shower because the walls were rotten. In addition with the air not working most of the summer my roommates fan didn't work either. It took several phone calls and a couple visits to the office to get them to make the fan only work on high speed. The maintenance department is a joke. One of the maintenance men actually told me he was in charge of caring for the swimming pool and had no clue what he was doing. When I moved out they sent me an $85 bill for carpet cleaning that was totally bogus. I didn't feel too bad about that because I had a friend that moved out from Colony Woods that got a $400 bill. In my opinion it is poorly managed and someone in the office is a scam artist.
