Horrible Manager ( D Rice) From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/17/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   First of all besides the fact that the manager at this property sucks. Every time I look out the window she is out by the pool puffing on a cancer stick, or riding around in her car smoking. I love the staff that she had and the maintence. I would not recommend this property to anyone because of D. She always made promises and never fulfilled them and when I would call and confront her she would play stupid and blame her staff. If I worked for this company I would quite.That's probably why her staff a few months ago walked out on her.
