Crowne at Grandview

Not worth the price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/8/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   Although this apartment complex is well situated on 280, and close to 459, it is extremely overpriced. Amenities are basic at best, with an absolutely sorry excuse for a gym ( a couple of treadmills and some free weights). The swimming pool is adequate and apparantly well maintained. The floorplans are generic with little innovativeness. This is a very new complex, yet the construction smacks of substandard workmanship. It is prone to infestation. There is very little in the apartment complex to recommend. I would urge individuals to look further down on 280 where one can find a far greater variety of amenities (squash courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts and putting greens) for much cheaper ($650 -vs - $900 for a 2-bed).
