Crowne at Grandview

One of the Best in B'ham. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/4/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   This apt. has everything you always wished you could have in one apt. You have a modern refridgerator, coat closet, walk-in bedroom closet, balcony, laundry room, large bathtub, big kitchen with a lot of cabinet space, storage closet (without paying extra), bathroom drawers in your sink, and valted ceilings (upstairs). The price is average for apartments in this area. If you live in any other apartments around here you will be sacrificing the "little extras" that were mentioned above. Further, I am qualified to say this because I have lived in other complexes on Hwy. 280 and around B'ham. as well as searched this area high and low for the best deals. The staff, here, is exceptional! Always concerned with residents and their satisfaction. They go out of their way to make this complex a great place to live. In fact, one thing they do is called "Breakfast at the Gate" in which they give residents, leaving to go to work between 6:30 and 8:00 a.m., a dozen doughnuts to eat on their way to the office or to share with other individuals. I have been very happy with my decision to live here and I would recommend it to anyone that enjoys all the little extras.
