Crowne at Grandview

nice but noisy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have lived at the Crowne for 3 years and I'm moving bc it is just too expensive. The grounds were well kept, the maintenance team was awesome, office staff is nice and helpful, but the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbor does. I can even hear my neighbor use the restroom and I don't mean water running through the pipes. I can literally hear him use the restroom, put the lid down, and flush. He does wash his hands though!!
