Not a good decision

Years at this apartment: 1990 - 2004
I've lived here for 14 years and seen it get progressively worse. In the past year one of my son's was mugged at the trash dumpster, a stranger walked in our apartment and refused to leave until the dog was put on him and last night there was a drive by shooting at the building next to mine. In addition to this the complex is around 30 years old and the wiring is very poor. They have a new apartment manager about every 8 months or so. Generally speaking, what would have been a good choice 10 years ago would be a very poor decision now.
