Overall, the apartment was okay - had a bad ant problem in the WINTER. The pool was not opened on a regular schedule - my first year it did not open until almost September, my second summer - it opened in April - closed for several months then opened again just in time to close again. My children were not very pleased. The office staff was very short and not always willing to do their best to help you. I would have been able to deal with the other issues given a staff that was more pleasing and did not send out threatening letters of public embarrassment to all of its tenants.
