satisfied for the most part

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
The good:
-huge BRs in the 2br townhouse
-nice landscape. The keep the grounds up nicely.
-close to Jeff State (walking or biking distance)
The bad:
-Parking is ample in the daytime, and scarce at night. If you're not parked by midnight, expect to park yards away from your apartment.
-Too many kids at the pool!
-Ants in winter (lasted a few weeks in the kitchen. They will come and do pest control)
For some reason I kept getting eviction notices on my door that weren't addressed or meant for me. That happened a few times. Other than that, I didn't give the office problems and they never hassled me for anything. Sometimes they don't have their facts straight with each other when it comes to questions about pricing and policies.
Neighborhood was decent. I kept mostly to myself so I can't really complain about neighbors or the neighborhood.
Pay rent on time and you should be fine. I think it's the best complex you can get in the Centerpoint area as far as looks and value.
