I have lived here for a little over six months and it is a love-hate relationship. It is a beautiful place to live. I feel as if I am on a mountain, but I am so close to everything on280. The staff is friendly. The downside is that I have had to call the police 7 times because the people above me are in a heavy metal band, and they have practice INSIDE the apartment. My neighbors also have parties until early morning hours. I have contacted the staff, and they promise that my neighbors will be evicted "if it happens one more time," but this never happens. Also, maintenence is slow to fix some things, like blinds and windows.
