I have lived at Eagle Ridge for a year and a half and loved it the whole time!! Maintenance is wonderful!! Anytime I have had an emergency, they have been prompt with service. The staff are very pleasant and accomodating. My only complaint is the laundry facility. There is only one washer and dryer per unit. Although convenient, many times I have to wait in line to use it.
