Eagle Ridge

i have lived here 3 years and am currantly looking for another place to move

the office staff is VERY rude if u like talking to a leasing person that has such pirecings as a tounge ring in her tounge the 3 females that is in the office in my opition need to find another profession becouse they CANT deal with people at ALL i have been to the office several times to speak with the so called "manager" to find that she is NEVER here and i get told to come back the fallowing day to find that she is still not here or on the phone
the rent is very over priced and my apartment has been INVADED with roaches and i have also called the office to ask for whoever does their spraying and i have been told that it will be taken care of and nobody EVER comes the manintenace here well should i say the ONLY manitenance man that has ever came and fixed anything for me i had a hot water problem and the guy that came to my apartment identified himself as "chris" janice's husband completly tore all the wires out of the hot water tank and left and SAID he would be back and i never seen him agian the guy that came back the fallowing day said that he was very sorry and fixed my problem in about 30 mins and i had hot water so if u live here a this complex and "chris" shows up to fix anything please let him try at your own risk also the latio guy that works here has sexualy harrassed my roomate and asked her for her phone number and has approached her in the parking lot as she gets out of her car in short there is only one guy that works here that seems to know what is going on from day to day also i have talked to my neighbors and have learned recently that cars has not only been broken into but the car itself has been stolen after speaking with the office staff about it they said that we are supossed to have a off duty officer that works as a depty but there agian i have never seen him i could go on and on but thank god my lease is up in sept and i am getting the hell out of dodge so if you know anyone that is moving to the inverness area tell them to NOT come to eagle ridge hunters pointe is better than this place!!!!until the manager speaks to me about the problems i will contuine to post the REAL TRUTH about this place. that is if she is EVER avaliable to talk to her residents also i am going to their main page and let them know what kinda office staff is running their property...also there is always cars blocking the sides of the road so you cant get through and one of them looks like that it need to be in a junk yard with plastic over one of the windows but do you think the OFFICE cares NOT NO BUT HELL NO there is alots of people here that gets presidential treatment and most of us that pays over 800 a month gets treated like we are secition 8 and believe me the some of them need to be in secition 8 community not here where SOME people care about their property and atmosphere
