I have been an Eagle Ridge resident for about 8 months now. When I first moved in, I had a little roach problem and had to call twice to get them to spray. After the second time, the roaches are gone. I also had a little trouble with the a/c but they fixed it the next day. I'm a night shift employee and have had very little trouble sleeping during the day. As far as parking, I wish there were a couple of more spots per building because it's sometimes hard to find one on Saturday and Sunday mornings. The area is a very beautiful area and I have a really great view. I haven't had any trouble with the appliances.
