I have lived at Eagle Ridge for a year, and plan to move as soon as my lease is up. After reading all the things about Eagle Ridge I realize I wasnt the only one. The office staff is extremely fake. Several times when I have went in the office the girls were extremely TOO nice to me but that was only when they had a new prospect in the office with them. The water here is extremely overpriced, it took the office 6 months to get the bill fixed because of THEIR mistake and I was paying for to many occupants in my apartment. Also I had problems with one of the maintence guy harassing me always making sexual comments or making me feel very uncomfortable in my own apartment. At times I would avoid coming home until after the office was closed. The maintence staff is extremely slow, numerous times I put in a work order more then once and till this day after a year of living here it still has not been done. And whats funny is they have a very small community and the stuff still doesnt get done. I would NEVER recommend anyone to these apartments. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in.
