I lived at Eagle Ridge and It was a nightmare that I wont soon forget. In my one bedroom I wnet from a dishwasher that didnt work to an exploding diahwasher. They replaced the appliance but left the damaged tile, counter, cabinets, and carpet. I didnt own a pet and was very meticulous about being kempt, but i managed to get a flea infestation in my bedroom carpet. I was nearly eaten alive, and the management promised to get an exterminator...one never surfaced! I had to pay for one myself. After that I had another scare...there was something living in the wall behind and beneath my tub. I was assured that it was just a squirrel but the management put down rat traps and DeCon. I asked to move but was told that it would cost me $350.00 plus all money due under the lease. So i moved to another apartment within the complex...no better. The foundation was off so the doors would not open and close properly. The wiring was faulty, so I was without lights for almost 3 months in the living area of the apartment. The tile in the kitchen and bathrooms were perpetually modly...even bleach couldnt remedy it. My toilet leaned to the left as if it were about to collapse through the floor. Again there was a critter problem and a wolf spider infestation. My water bill was crazy month to month and the management was AWFUL!!!!!!!!! I cant stress that enough. I ended up breaking my lease and I DO NOT and WOULD NOT recommend Eagle Ridge to anyone!
